Ali Raza practices civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation and real estate litigation. He has experience representing clients in a broad range of complex disputes, including matters arising from construction defects and related defense litigation.

Mr. Raza began his legal career in defense litigation with a focus on construction defect matters, experience that continues to inform his approach to commercial and real estate disputes. He also has experience providing pro bono legal services in landlord-tenant matters.

Mr. Raza received his Juris Doctor in 2024, graduating with multiple Dean’s List honors and earning the CALI Book Award for his research on centralized digital currency. During law school, he served on the boards of the Transactional Law Practice Group and the Intellectual Property Law Society.

Mr. Raza is admitted to practice in the State of Florida. A South Florida native, he enjoys traveling and following his local sports teams, and is a dedicated Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat fan.
