Mary Boning is an associate attorney who focuses her practice on complex litigation, including commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and employment disputes. Ms. Boning earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she received a full-tuition merit-based scholarship. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. During law school, she studied international law for a semester at the University College Dublin Sutherland School of Law in Dublin, Ireland.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Boning gained experience in litigation and transactional matters in both law firm and in-house corporate counsel roles. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, gaining valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process.
